Returns and Refunds

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Beauty. For Real purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

  • Please choose your items carefully as we can not offer refunds, store credits or replacements due to ‘change of mind’ purchases. Please understand that pre-orders are non-refundable. Any orders placed after 24 hours are not to be cancelled.

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of your receipt date for a refund.

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

  • Any damages must be advised of upon receipt of your package and will be assessed to see if deemed faulty. Outer packaging of an item is not deemed as faulty goods, only if the actual product has arrived damaged.

  • Returns will be issued as a Store Credit.

  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

  • No returns on sale items.

  • We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and credit voucher. 

  • Postage associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping of an exchange item is also at the customers expense. However postage costs will be covered by us for an incorrect item received.

  • If a package is marked as 'delivered' but not yet received, we require the recipient to provide evidence from the local carrier confirming that the package is missing. Upon receipt of this documentation, we will process a claim with the shipping carrier and then issue a refund or replacement.
